All we ask if that you come focused and ready to learn. Please try to ensure that there are no loud or distracting noises in the background.

You'll need a computer or laptop with the capability to run Zoom, plus headphones and speakers. You may choose to use the microphone on your computer. You'll need to have the ability to mute your microphone if necessary.

Let us know if there are topics you would like to do sooner.

For any sessions where you would like us to prepare for a specific topic, please contact us by email in advance. We'll usually need at least seven days of notice for this.
